Common questions

What should I bring?

We recommend sunscreen, a hat, swimsuit, towel, sandals or water shoes, a change of clothes for after snorkeling, and extra cash for tips or additional drinks.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety is our priority. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the captain may adjust the itinerary or change the route to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Is this tour suitable for non-swimmers?

This tour is not recommended for non-swimmers. While life jackets are provided, guests are expected to be comfortable in the water.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be processed up to 48 hours before the tour by contacting us directly. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
