As 2024 begins, new projects and adventures are drawn ahead. At Costa Cat, we present our new tours in our 1999 Hinckley 36 “Picnic Boat”, “The Authentic”. The well-known picnic boats are an excellent way to travel safely and comfortably, and with Costa Cat, we offer new possibilities for private beaches, islands, and custom-made tours.
The first Picnic Boat was launched in 1995, introducing a new yacht class that has been improved over the last 25 years. Many have attempted to imitate its characteristics, but only The Hinckley Company has managed to develop a series of models with such exquisite properties, joining state-of-the-art technology and beauty in design. This boat allows you to organize wonderful private tours with up to 10 guests in Costa Rica’s Pacific Ocean. Its long, open cockpit is perfect for enjoying sailing with your chosen company and exploring nature’s wonders.
With this new boat, we add new tours to our already well-known day tours: Playa Vivos, Jesusita Island, and a custom tour. Our new tours offer the possibility to explore the Gulf of Nicoya in oceans that you may enjoy snorkeling, bathing, or just relaxing. For example, the Playa Vivos tour includes a snorkel tour and scenic cruising. We also offer paddle boards and kayaks (subject to consumption). The Jesusita Island tour includes a snorkel tour, scenic cruising, and the possibility of a spider monkey tour, to see firsthand Costa Rica’s wildlife.
You may also choose your private tour to our classic destinations: Tortuga Island, a sunset tour in the Central Pacific, or a tour to secluded beaches in Costa Rica’s Central Pacific.
